The Menu' includes regional and seasonal dishes according to Piemonte cooking tradition with some influences of the near Liguria. Among the most outstanding specialities are first courses with fresh pasta (ravioli, tagliolini, pansotti, lasagne) mushrooms, white and black tartufi, risotti, mixed grill with pork and beef meat and tagliata, game, a selection of local sheep's milk cheeses, hand made cakes (crostate, bavaresi, tiramisù, torte di frutta). All our dishes have prepared with great care.
